Day Eleven

Day eleven fell on a Sunday which is usually my one day off in the week.

I still had intentions of sitting down to get my word count in as I'd fallen a bit behind.

So first I Swiffer'ed the floor, (yes I'm obsessed with my floors) then I sat down to the next lecture in the online course, Living a Life of Surrender.

And then it was time for Surfer Boy and me to meet our friends Rico and Andrea at the movies to see Bohemian Rhapsody.

I gotta tell you guys that movie TOTALLY ROCKED!

Whether you're a Queen fan or not, as a storyteller who's always analyzing this stuff, they did everything right.

They gave us a character we could root for, they gave him just enough wins mixed in with the right amount of obstacles to create one hell of a dark moment, and they ended on a high note with the concert at Live Aid.

Can I tell you how many times I've played the song Bohemian Rhapsody since I got home from the movie?

Suffice it to say that my neighbors are probably deaf from how many times I've sung the high note, "Gallileo."

If you do see the movie let me know how you liked it.

Tomorrow, back to the keyboard.
