Monday, Monday
Yesterday Surfer Boy and I saw the movie, Stan and Laurel.
If you're as young at heart as I, you'll love this movie.
It captured the spirit of simpler times.
As a working creative person, it also reminded me that the show must go on!
Today I had a looooong list of errands to run.
Including gracing the butcher at Whole Foods with my business.
Since the end of last year when I decided to go on a bone broth kick I'm on a first name basis with the butchers at five local Whole Foods markets. (don't kill me all you vegan's out there.)
I also took the time to write a letter to the lovelorn from the POV of Justice Hamilton, my character from Riptide of Romance.
When I was a kid I loved reading advice columns.
I read everything from Dear Abby to the love advice section in comic books.
My favorite was the love advice parsed out by Betty and Veronica of Archie fame.
I always thought, "When I grow up, I'd love to write a love column," and here I am.
Sometimes, dreams do come true.
See ya maƱana!
