Revision Bliss
Today I finally hit the second to the final chapter of the major revision pass in my book.
Woot!
I've been working on this pass, which is usually the longest part of the process, for the past two months and I'm still not done.
Just call me slog-along-Jen.
I have a very successful author friend who binge writes.
She bangs out a first draft, revises, edits and then goes on a cruise to the South Pacific.
Then she does side work as a systems analyst, thinks up stories outlines ...
... and the whole process starts over ending with yet another cruise to the Greek isles.
Oh, did I mention her books hit the top 50 in the Kindle store?
God love her.
I on the other hand take my stolen moments every single day with the exception of Sunday.
What I want to know is, where's my cruise to the South Pacific?!
