Hot Yoga and Writing

Today I went to hot yoga class for the first time in well over a month.

I gotta tell you guys this knee injury has been mucho irritating.

But everything went fantabulous and it was an absolute miracle to be there.

So what does this have to do with writing?

Exercise makes me creative.
