The Lynch Mob

My cousin whose last name is Lynch and his family AKA The Lynch Mob are visiting So. Cal in two weeks.

So here's how my morning went:

Logged onto the Warner Bros site to purchase tickets for the studio tour.

When the check-out function failed, spent the next thirty minutes talking to the helpful Eric White from customer service.

"I'm only two blocks form the back lot," Eric said. "If anything gets messed up with your tour ask for Eric, last name White like the color."

"Or like Walter White," I said.

He laughed. "Yes! Like Walter White. You have yourself a nice day and enjoy the tour!"

Then I spent the next half hour checking out restaurants in the area for lunch.

Then, I researched the Cecil Hotel in downtown LA as my nephew wants to visit because it's haunted.

Then I spent the next hour talking to my cousin's wife about a tour of LA that includes the stars homes.

Then, I spent the next half hour discussing the menu for the Sunday brunch we're planning to cook for their visit.

Whew!

You guys keeping track of all these hours and half-hours?

Then, I finally sat down to write my book.

Thank God the efficiency expert took the day off!
