Today must call for some kind of celebration.

I'm down to the fixing just the epilogue on my major revision pass.
Woot!
The first revision pass (in my world anyway) takes the longest because it's where the structure is corrected, scenes are deleted, scenes are added, characters are brought to life, killed off or combined.
Whew!
One of the things I dealt with in the revision pass of my current book is the fact that the main character started out super fun but by the midpoint, she had as much personality as white bread.
So ... I had a ton of fun (read work) ahead of me.
The book is due to the editor by the first of next month which means I've got just over three weeks to fix everything else and make it somewhat presentable.
My butt is numb from sitting in my chair so tonight ... yoga!

You're really moving toward the end product. YAY! I have been reading too many ARCs lately, if that's possible! I have to start being a little more selective, too. Not good to read only the books you "have to" and never the ones you want to! I am finding myself in that position because I don't like to say NO! I must get over it right now! It's what they say about where I live...North Dakota nice. Just, no! What do you read when you want to just sit back and enjoy? Let me cheer you on...GO EPILOGUE!! GO JEN!!
